How to Get What You Need
Change is a constant in the world of business and with change brings conflict. The ability to effectively manage conflict is a key leadership skill. This training leverages the 5 modes of conflict from the Thomas Kilmann Instrument to help people understand their default conflict styles, identify when other options may be more appropriate and the skills required to effectively utilize these alternative styles. Additionally, a section on change management is included to help participants effectively communicate and lead change initiatives.
