Understand business need
- To clearly identify which business issues need attention, we hold in-depth briefing sessions covering key background information to gain insight on our clients' organization with an eye toward performance and internal culture.
Design developmental program
- Design custom programs to address the business challenges as well as the organizational dynamics based on information discussed in briefing session.
- Prior to launching a new program, i2 Leadership creates and implements a comprehensive communication plan to support program roll out. To drive engagement and full participation, it is critical that clients understand the benefit of the program to their professional development, time commitment and ongoing expectations up front.
Integration and validation
- To support clients in practicing and refining new skills at the completion of program, we create structures and internal follow-up meetings to create accountability to adapt new behavior into day-to-day routines.
